We use the website for HOA updates and information and we also have a Facebook page.  You can find us on FaceBook at Summit Lake Subdivision.  In order to join the page, you will answer a few questions so that you can be verified and approved to join.

Yard of the Month 

Begins with the month of May

Guidelines
  -  $50 Home Depot gift card
  -  YOTM designation will last for a single calendar month
  -  Same property can't receive more than one designation within a 6 month period
  -  Begin in May and end in October
  -  Each of the five Board members will submit their top five properties. The property with the most            votes will be designated as YOTM

Judging Criteria
  -  Free of weeds in both the lawn and flower beds
  -  Healthy lawn that is lush and filled in with no bare spots
  -  Yard is mowed and edged
  -  Seasonal color and plantings
  -  Healthy living plants
  -  Trees and shrubs are pruned and trimmed
  -  Yard is free of debris and clutter
  -  Pleasing appearance that makes the property visually appealing and an asset to the community.
