The pool will open for the season on Friday May 22nd @ 8am. 

To be able to use the pool, your dues must be paid.

Please read and follow all pool rules.

NO GLASS OR PETS INSIDE THE POOL AREA !!

Annual Dues

APRIL 13, 2026:  LATE FEES NOW APPLY TO UNPAID ANNUAL DUES PAYMENTS

Our $800 annual dues per property owner is our only source of income to be able to operate and maintain our community.  Timely payment is crucial for community operations and bill payments. You do not need a letter to pay your dues.

Dues are able to be paid in (1) payment of $800 due on January 1st and late after January 10th OR (2) payments of $400 each paid by January 10th and April 10th.  Late fees apply after the payment due date.  Failure to pay the annual dues means that you, or those in your household, cannot use the pool and you cannot reserve the clubhouse.

Public Safety Day

This year's event will be held on Saturday May 16th from
10am - 2pm (weather permitting) in the parking lot at the clubhouse.

Personnel have committed to the event from Hall County Sheriff's Office, Hall County Fire Rescue, Flowery Branch Police Department and Georgia State Patrol (new addition this year). We hope to have one or more K9 units to do demo's again this year.

The previous years events have been a huge hit with everyone and we're looking forward to the same this year.

Playground Update

We will be having new mulch put down in the playground on Tuesday April 21 and Wednesday April 22nd. The playground will be closed during this time.(weather permitting) additionally the parking spaces between the playground and the dumpster will need to be available so please do not park in those spots
