Reserving the Clubhouse

There is a reservation agreement that must be returned to Norton.  You can find this agreement on their website or by clicking here.

Once your event is done, you must complete the Clubhouse Inspection Report and leave it on the counter.  If you don't complete the inspection form, your deposit may be forfeited.  You can find the Inspection Form on the Norton site or by clicking here.

In order to be able to rent the clubhouse, your account must be in good standing - meaning you are current on your HOA dues and have no active covenant violations.

In order to keep the Clubhouse in good condition, members of the Amenities Committee will complete an inspection after each use. When the clubhouse is used, the people reserving the Clubhouse are now required to complete an inspection report. Failure to do so, or violations of the terms of use / reservation agreement may result in the loss of the security deposit.

Your reservation is not complete until you have paid the necessary fee AND received a confirmation email.  Once your reservation is confirmed, then your key fob will be activated for the day and time of your reservation.  On the day of your reservation, if there is a problem with your fob and you are not able to get into the clubhouse, please contact the HOA or Clubhouse Rental in the Facebook Messenger Group Chat.  Board members have access and may be able to help you.  In order for an HOA Board member to give you access to the clubhouse, you must be able to show payment confirmation and the reservation confirmation email.

Clubhouse Rental Fee
September 1, 2023:  After reviewing our finances and looking at our expenses (cleaning, cleaning supplies, utilities) for the clubhouse, the Board and Amenities Committee has voted to increase the rental fee to $100.  The deposit is still $100.
