Pool Hours: The pool will be open from 8 am until 10 pm. The mushroom will operate from 12pm - 8pm.
There is no lifeguard on duty and the Association is not responsible for injuries or accidents.
Swimming and use of the pool area will be at your own risk.
Active pool Fob required for access.
You must be a resident in good standing to be able to have pool access. This means that your HOA dues are not past due. If your account is not in good standing, your pool access has been removed until your account is in good standing (this means that you have no fines and your dues are paid). DO NOT open the pool gate for others. If someone comes to the gate and can’t gain access, it could be because the access has been removed, most likely because they haven’t paid their dues. Anyone who can’t gain access should contact the HOA.
Camera's are in use around the pool and clubhouse area.
